  • An umbrella cooperation consisting of 6 clinics in total throughout the North East including a high street optician, a designer eye wear/eye clinic, and a home visits organisation, delivering outreach health services to the elderly and house bound. • Reporting to the Directors and accountable as the creative and marketing lead for the Concept Group including providing inspirational leadership and training to a team of promoters and brand ambassadors • Create, develop and propose design campaigns from original concept to delivery including pitching concept to senior management. Also work with new campaign directives to deliver against company vision • Manage marketing materials within print and digital, designing and adapting all artwork and liaising with production companies • Utilise a broad spectrum of advertising platforms, from public transport advertising to 3rd party digital advertising • Oversee brand management, leading on creative content to ensure rigorous brand adherence in line with company branding policy, ultimately safeguarding all company visuals to deliver optimal client impact • Design and liaise with the company web coder regarding digital design, making necessary alterations to the company website • Collect and analyse market data utilising online digital data and clinic records, and put in place targeted marketing strategies to drive strong performance against KPIs • Installation of all POS (point of sale) and styling window displays for all North East clinics as required • Provide inspirational leader for fashion shoots, from casting the model to post production using programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator • Complete all graphic design requirements including business stationary, promotional cards and name badges • Sole accountability for the management and training of an Apprentice, ensuring a suitable workload to cover key areas of experience including marketing strategies, design principles, and overseeing work on campaign visuals • Co-manage marketing budget of £30,000, ensuring adherence to agreed budget and working in a cost efficient way to generate savings against budget were possible • Reviewed existing marketing strategies upon joining the business, introducing a consistent visual flow through improved brand adherence, optimising use social media tools and introducing POS marketing tools
