    My role at Archetype was to provide social media consultancy for existing and new B2B and B2C clients (Vodafone, Coca-Cola, TomTom, Cisco, First Choice, NCR Silver, Pizza Hut and BayWa r.e) to include: • Creation of social and digital content strategies including organic, influencer and paid media on core channels, in line with client objectives and target audience • Social channels and objectives development, content and editorial direction and community engagement through key trends and moments identification, social copy and creative asset creation direction (video and image) • Collaboration and briefing the wider Archetype PR, creative, strategy and insights teams on integrated strategic solutions to new business pitches and content creation • Strategic planning & budget resource management of projects and always on social campaigns • Developing insights, conducting social listening with analytics tools and desk research to build social media strategies, informing new business and client projects • Upskilling in wider digital and paid media to help broaden the agency offering. This resulted in the set up and management of Google Ad words campaigns, where I delivered 14k weekly site visits to NCR Silver UK site • Increasing lead generation targets, CTR’s and overall engagement KPI’s through effective content and paid digital strategies. Including almost 2k new email leads on Facebook within 4 months and 1.6M video views for NCR Silver through effective paid audience targeting, optimisation and budget allocation • Reporting on social channel and content KPI’s to optimise and improve • Strong line management skills having managed several junior staff members, setting and developing career objectives • Confidently managed budgeting, resourcing, time planning and project management
