• Designed a range of future well-being products through technology, product development and user research. • Spearheaded research alongside experts from Oxford University Nuffield Department of Neuroscience through surveys, design sprints, focus groups, literature reviews and clinical journals in order to further product development. • Communicated vision at various stages of the product development process with design artifacts and presentations.
• Responsible for developing a delightful user experience from the initial presentation of offers, all the way throughout checkout. • Led multidisciplinary teams in brand development, design, packaging, product optimization, positioning and analytics. • Gathered and analysed over 10,000 online digital interactions to understand correlation with design and customer through heat maps and tracking. • Drove development of launch plans for 20 products from inception to completion.
• Co-engineered an interactive web and mobile design interface spanning across 5 teams of designers, software Engineers, Product Managers and Executive Leadership. • Closely worked alongside Engineers to ensure initial designs are feasible to produce for beta product. • Created usability tests, A/B tests, then analysed, tracked and logged 50 people’s user feedback to adjust UX/UI. • Charted actionable, data-driven insights across teams to inform product design.
• Led up to 15 design campaigns including Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Alessi, British Sterling, Tribeca Film Festival, New Holland, and Social Aesthetics. • Created design proposals, from initial sketches to full development. • Built creative outputs that have a direct impact for clients and users by increasing digital and physical engagement. • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. • Delivered successful UI/UX for web design and iOS design. • Communicated highly compelling client proposals to top Executives.
