I have seven years experience in eCommerce with strong management skills and a driven mentality to succeed, Strong digital merchandising skills having managed four retail websites, performing continuous analysis on the success of campaigns and product placements through the use of Google Analytics, whilst placing customer experience and service as paramount; Creation, monitoring, reporting upon and reviewing of KPIs to assess team performance with the goal of achieving targets as set by departmental budgets, and implementing team strategies to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.   • Daily Responsibilities and Key Achievements include: • Managing the company’s CRM and CMS systems over various platforms, including ACT CRM!, WordPress and Prestashop. • Managing heartbreakpublishing.com, the company’s primary retail webstore, including content, marketing campaigns and products • Using Prestashop to update and manage content for the company’s web retail presence, including sales promotions, product management and streamlining user journeys. • Managing content for three company websites on the WordPress platform, including Jack Vettriano’s official website. • Merchandising hundreds of products from several artists • Training and managing five members of staff in ecommerce and business operations • Composing promotions and offers, and manufacturing news items during quiet artist activity • Creating thematic product ranges to encourage website upselling • Analysis of web traffic, sales figures and completion rates using Google Analytics and Prestashop analysis tools. • Creating and managing the company database using ACT CRM!, the SQL database by SAGE, amassing further mailing list subscriptions through the website and social media • Creating appropriately targeted email and post campaigns via database analysis, email campaigns designed using Mailchimp. • Introducing social media marketing to the company, promoting Jack Vettriano’s domestic and international profile with official website and Facebook updates accruing over 60,000 likes through engagement with fanbase. • Promoting the gallery through the ecommerce site and vice versa, developing the overall company brand. • Editing images using Adobe Photoshop for the websites, ensuring they best represent products and news items. • Responsibility for, along with PR team, promoting the Jack Vettriano Retrospective Exhibition in Glasgow, the fourth most visited exhibition in the UK in 2014. • Stock management of products, ensuring that stock levels are appropriate according to product popularity, and ensuring that the website reflects product stock levels. • Working closely with the Director and stakeholders to ensure business running smoothly • Conducting sales via telephone, email, and at trade shows, from £15 posters to £40,000 paintings • Managing over 100 B2B accounts, ensuring that customers are satisfied with products and service.
