Managed the design development of an extension to an Oxford college and collaborated with engineers to successfully solve co-ordination issues. Produced successful planning applications of smaller projects; this required quickly understanding the context and constraints of a location. Designed across all phases from conceptual design through to construction documentation. For specialist projects this meant researching and collecting information for technical specifications. I created many renderings of concepts for clients and visionary images for competition entries. For competitions both the 3D modelling and output of images were completed within strict and limited time-frames. I monitored cost plans and analysed tender submissions to help clients choose a suitable contractor for the construction works. Conducted accurate surveys and produced scale drawings to begin the design process and feasibility studies. In addition, I expanded the website and social media presence with content that celebrated OFA.

Contributed to tender documents for a fourteen-storey office building (2 Merchant Square) this required effective teamwork to coordinate all aspects of the complex building. Produced a 1:20 facade model and various 1:50 models from foam, card, paper and perspex. This was for the purpose of design exploration and brain storming within the team as well as for discussions with the client. Mentored work experience students and guided them to design a fictional creative project. Integral part of a team working on the design and construction documentation for a site containing four mixed-use buildings including a forty-two-storey residential building. Responsibilities on this project included using 3D modelling software to coordinate the four-storey basement connecting the buildings and designing the landscape strategy. Produced presentation quality models using a laser cutter and hot-wire foam cutter to convince planners to approve design decision and gain client approval. Worked on competition entries that demanded concepts to be well represented quickly. Organised the victorious office softball and netball teams.
