• Contact external suppliers to secure multimedia assets/ad content in the specified and timely manner. • Using systemised tools to manage assets/ad content and link them to corresponding bookings. • Planning and positioning of digital content using Media Planner software • Testing digital assets across platforms • Managing digital assets throughout campaign lifecycle • Liaise with clients on running of their campaign • Ensure that multiplatform advertising assets/ad content are delivered correctly and quality assured to meet the booking instruction and copy deadlines in line with our specifications and Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Test digital assets to ensure they perform as expected within our digital specifications and where not, to liaise with the supplier to resolve specification/performance conflicts. • Meet all expectations of team and departmental procedural guidelines and policies. • Liaise with internal departments and external clients/suppliers, conduct oneself in a professional manner and deliver highest possible standards of customer service. • Liaising as required with creative agencies, advertisers and their suppliers. • Liaising as required with other News UK departments (including advertising sales, affiliate managers, marketing, editorial, customer insight and classified production) • Daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel
