Researching White Cube artists’ external projects, talks and exhibitions ensuring records are updated on CV’s and the White Cube website. Providing support for Artist Liaison team with organising major external exhibition. Schedule, attend and minute Artist Liaison strategy meetings Update all UK and international curator and museum contacts. Oversee publications mail-outs to artists and curators. Maintain library, sourcing publications for department. Answer all website enquiries sent to Exhibitions e-mail.

Assisting operations, exhibitions, sales and press departments with general administration. Hiring and managing front of house staff, overseeing invigilator rota’s and coordinating their timesheets.
