Creative Apprentice
Throughout this course I worked in a variety of sites across Cambridge in different departments: Research at the UCM office; Front of House at The Fitzwilliam Museum; Retail at the UCM shop; Education at the Whipple Museum; Marketing at the Fitzwilliam Museum and Admin at Wysing Arts Centre. During this course I also took on the position of Project Coordinator and artist liaison within a Festival team working towards creating a music and arts event at Cambridge Junction. The range of roles I took on means I have gained many new skills, experienced lots of different situations and interacted with many different people in different ways. Throughout the course of the year I have adapted well to the changes in roles and environments and have been able to develop myself as a confident and hard-working employee. This year has also taught me how eager I am to learn all I can and how much I enjoy tackling new tasks.
