Monitoring and maintaining all office supply levels and dealing with the invoices. Organising meetings including booking venues. Collation and preparation of presentations. Working with external design agencies to help coordinate production of marketing materials. Acting as the first point of contact for all IT issues and general incoming calls. General PA support to Partners including diary management and coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling for International Executives visiting our office . Support the HR external department. Booking both UK and international couriers. Support with preparing for and setting up conferences and meetings. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the building. Booking, prepping and clearing meeting room.
