Dealing with artist’s labels to confirm priorities, organize personnel accreditation, artist catering & hospitality / VIP services required. ? ? Over 6 month summer period, 2013 & 2014. ? Key role in the compiling of detailed documents, artist itineraries & transport schedules for every 72 live events over 16 weeks ? Booking/organising hotels and flights as early as possible in order to keep costs low ? Managing artist / staff accreditation for each event. Compiling & distributing accreditation passes & pass sheets ? Main point of contact at each event entrance, ensuring till floats were organized & distributed, staff on time & in place, laptops & online ticket system operational, entrance channels correctly laid out, ensuring all equipment packed away correctly at the end of the event & all customer tickets & cash returned to the finance office for reconciliation ? Management of event bar set up and bar staff (over 30 staff) ? Management of Security and all staff (40 Staff English & Spanish) ? Ensure all event day dressing rooms, backstage & hotel rooms correctly set up, hospitality riders in place, all areas clean & tidy, keys arranged/distributed, internet working, furniture, backstage, a/c, towels, etc laid out as required ? Managing day event catering requirements, arranging & distributing artist buyouts, liaising with hotel catering manager for staff meals & distributing event meal tickets ? Responsible for all event venue, dressing rooms, signage, show & set times around venue ? Ensure all event banners, promotional material, video loops in place & operational ? Oversee all aspects of event set up and break down.

Whilst at Uni, started as a promoter & networker in 2011 then returned in March 2014 as Deputy Events Manager running my own nights working with some of the best House / Deep House / Tech DJs to host/play our nights ? Responsible for keeping constantly up to date with personal & TL online networks & socially advertise the events ? On the night, to oversee the event & ensure that TL is on brand, that the night is running smoothly, deal & resolve any issues that may arise with artists, customers or guests
