The first thing you should know about me, is that you will never find my kitchen empty of flat leaf parsley, lemons and garlic, and on the rare occasion that those ingredients run out, you may find me stricken with panic. The freedom to create good food is an integral part of my life and always has been. For the best part of my adult life I’ve found myself experimenting with seasonal, colourful, and local produce, doing justice to the flavours through my styling.
I began my food career in 2013 when i started my own traveling supper club; Your House At Mine, which i ran for over two years. I met and worked with some amazing people which then led me to food styling. I worked as an assistant food stylist for a year and was lucky to work with people such as Rosie Reynolds, Rosie Birket, Ellie Pear, John Gregory-Smith, Shivy Ramoutar and Olia Hercules.
In 2016 i moved to Berlin where i worked full time for the global recipe box company 'Marley Spoon' as their sole recipe writer and food stylist for the UK market, I wrote and styled over 400 recipes during that period.
I am currently living and working free lance in London, writing and styling for Tesco, Sainsbury's, Marley Spoon and Marmite. I have also been assisting on shoots for M&S, The guardian and BBC good food since returning from Berlin.
