Promoted to fulfill a broad range of office management to the Company Group and all sister companies named below: Eleven Sports Network Ltd., Bike Channel, Football Capital Ltd., Play for Change, Aser Media Ltd and Aser Sports Ltd., supervising a team of an office administrator and a receptionist and working closely with the HQ MD and Non-Executive Chairman as their PA. - Overseeing purchases related to travel, accommodation and office supplies in line with approved budget. - Managing cash flow, expenses and petty cash as well as bank statements, direct debits and Credit Cards. - Managing the company's service providers and utilities (IT, cleaning, travel agency, desk phones, mobiles, business rates, gas electricity, CCTV records). - Updating global HR database and organizational charts. - Helping implement company strategies and policies by updating staff handbook, recording absences and leave and undertaking induction of new staff. - Ensuring procedures and standards are documented (e.g. formatting of spreadsheets, credit control policy) - Optimising travel and accommodation requests to maximise time and ensure cost effectiveness. - Delegating work to the office administrator and and supervising the workload and output. - MD and Executive Chairman diary management.
Responsible for organising all the administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office of 20 people. - Managing and dealing with office maintenance aspects - Arranging courier services for national and international shipments - Sorting the post, ordering business cards, purchasing merchandising, ordering stationery, and so on. - Maintaining the office calendar, manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel dates for all staff. - Assisting with local onboarding of new teammates.
