  • • Responsible for all press relations across a number of luxury fashion/accessories brands. • Consistently creating fresh, engaging content for pitching. • Pitching to press daily and securing coverage in the appropriate publications for each client. • Event management – involved in all aspects from press one-on-ones to large- scale parties including invitation design, inviting press, collating guest lists, securing venues and sponsors, prepping the site and ensuring the smooth- running on the night. • Lookbooks – styling and directing photoshoots, booking models, photographers and studios, selecting and editing images and structuring the final layout. • Press appointments – scheduling frequent press appointments to showcase and talk through the collections. • Social media management for both company channels as well as clients. Following appropriate accounts and creating engaging posts. • Responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, approaching designers in keeping with existing agency client roster and aesthetic. • Dealing with any requests for high-res images and lookbooks. • Sample management – responding to any sample requests promptly and logging everything that comes into and out of the showroom. • Fashion week – securing showrooms in London and Paris, organising and managing fashion presentations as well as accompanying press to meet designers. • Compiling monthly reports, ensuring that targets are met each month. • Seasonal press release writing and distributing. • Following up all press leads, monitoring and clipping coverage.
