  • I am currently managing the Expats digital display campaign ensuring a cohesive customer-centric journey for all our prospects. -- Working on two of the UK’s biggest mortgage brands as part of Lloyd’s Banking Group, I manage through-the-line, integrated campaigns for Halifax Intermediaries and BM Solutions. These campaigns play a crucial role in the Group’s Helping Britain Prosper plan. Drawing on my experience from both agency and client-side I put together dynamic and purposeful briefs that play a part in helping to meet objectives set by the business. Working closely alongside stakeholders and external agencies I deliver measurable campaigns against KPI’s set at industry level and within the Group.

Social Media Strategy: Boosting the quality and quantity of social content by keeping up-to-date with industry news and forecasts, to create a more interactive and engaging social media feed. Copy Writing: In my first week at the company I re-wrote the copy for the website taking out technical jargon and targeting it at a more appropriate audience creating a better user experience. Email Marketing: Mapping out email marketing campaigns for current SoDash customers. This involves research into email marketing "best practices" and defining our final calls to action from these email. Reporting & Analysis: Generating Social Media reports to assess social content success. Evaluating SoDash's website traffic using HubSpot and reporting actionable findings to the rest of the team so we can make the necessary changes to target the site more effectively.

  • During my internship with De Montfort University Accommodation Services I was able to work independently with successful outcomes resulting in excellent project planning and time management. Structuring and timing my project was crucial in order to meet strict deadlines such as forming and running a focus group, the presentation of research to my senior colleagues and preparing documentation for future use of social media as a communication tool in the student accommodation sector. A large part of my job was to undertake research both independently and with the help and guidance of others. The majority of the research involved analyses of how other institutions are currently using social media and how we could utilise the channel to achieve our objectives. Reporting to colleagues at different levels of the university using both verbal and written communication enabled me develop my speaking and listening skills with all levels of management.
