Independent Research Scholarship
I was awarded a scholarship to conduct a summer research project for Newcastle University. Under the supervision of Dr Sehrawat, lecturer in Indian history, I designed a project entitled ‘Women in India: The other half’ which involved a trip to Delhi to conduct interviews with contemporary women’s organisations and study at the Nehru Museum and Archives.
