I am responsible for the design production and the build of digital assets for Boots.com UK and ROI sites for Healthcare. I work collaboratively with trading, marketing and planning teams to deliver against the briefs. I ensure assets are in line with the digital style guide and the Boots brand, and that they are fully integrated with the marketing campaigns. I monitor the performance of my pages, review competitor activity and make recommendations for improving the customer experience. I am also responsible for creating app banner assets that feature on the Boots App homepage which alternate each day. I work closely with the marketing team to navigate what assets need creating.

I was responsible for kids wear accessories until I was moved onto ladies accessories due to my good work and progression. Some of my responsibilities were - > making sure new stock was processed from BOH and onto the shop floor as soon as possible > arranging stock so it was aligned with the visual merchandising pages > making sure it was visually appealing to the customer and easy to shop > I was also involved in a few whole department rehangs with the visual merchandising team I also began visual merchandising training learning the different processes and processes the visual merchandising team went through.
