Marketing and event duties • Updates to the website, along with writing content for the blog. Proficient use of Word Press • Data entry for the companies CRM system • Organise and attend educational site visits around UK • Co-ordinate internal and external events for senior executives, working closely with suppliers to establish a well-executed day • Assisting the executive team in all matters related to executive support and administration. • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests - handling them as deemed appropriate • Meeting and greeting of visitors at all levels of seniority • Arranging travel, visa and accommodation for members of the team, in UK and internationally • Organising and attending meetings - ensuring that all members of the team are well prepared for meetings • Taking minutes • Maintaining office systems, data entry and filing • Collate and upload invoices on to Xero • Carrying out research on new office equipment and present findings
Marketing duties • Researching and creating a VIP and USA customer database using MailChimp for future launches of products and events • Managing the subscribers via MailChimp • Co-ordinated with the marketing department to source Press quotes and updated these onto the website • Providing excellent communication and service to the customers in a polite and professional style. This is demonstrated through an efficient phone manner and coherent responses to emails • Total understanding of the customer’s requirements and of the products and services available to guarantee a bespoke service • Investigating and solving customers’ problems, these can be long standing and complex • Data entry; this is crucial with the launch of new fragrances and products • To keep accurate records of correspondence with customers, primarily using Excel and Microsoft Word • Commercial awareness in the Luxury goods industry • Weekly sales updates
