- Health & Wealth: A GuideFIndawealthmanager, an online portal connecting high net worth individuals to wealth managers, was keen to develop a paper that highlighted the close relationship between health and wealth. Ultimately, the company hoped that the paper would prompt readers to take decisive action to draft long term wealth plans. A basic structure and outline was proposed based on the client brief, The report was crafted using a combination of primary and secondary sources including interviews with leading experts, An emphasis was made on providing actionable insights,
- Enter the Dragon: A Portrait of Chinese Travellers to JapanI stepped into to support 6estates, a SIngapore-based ethnographic research start-up by identifying business development opportunities while helping them to pinpoint key data points to mine from their extensive social media database of Chinese consumers. The data extracted was then analysed and translated into a white paper, which provided a series of actionable insights. The report attempted to equip readers with marketing strategies they could deploy to capture a share of the lucrative US$442 billion Chinese outbound market. Research data supplied by 6estates underscores that there has been a gradual evolution in demand for group tours to independent travel, from sight-seeing to adventure-seeking, from souvenir shopping to splurges on luxury products highlighting the increasing sophistication and ever-changing preference of Chinese travellers.
- Travelrave 2014 Singapore Tourism BoardTravelRave 2014 is Asia's premier travel and tourism event for thought leadership and business networking. Haden Media was engaged by TTG Asia to develop the event's showcase report and to manage the entire research process - from the initial proposal including recommended solutions to the final draft. This paper was created in partnership with three stakeholders, TTG Asia and the Singapore Tourism Board, alongside a freelance graphic designer. Highlights from key conferences including the Asia Travel Leaders Summit, ITB Asia and Web In Travel, as well as analysis and insights were presented in this report, with a special focus on Millennials.
