I have over 15 years experience in Digital Ad Operations, working for The Guardian Newspaper. I have worked on projects and campaigns for major clients in both the UK and the US. As well as being involved in the site developments that theguardian.com has gone through since it's inception. I have substantial knowledge of trafficking, reporting, campaign management, adserving technologies technical troubleshooting and testing and I have specialised in working with agencies representing Arts & Culture clients as well as large tech brands. Working closely with editorial, digital development, programatic, marketing and commercial sales teams, has given me a broad spectrum of experience and the ability to communicate effectively across a business. I fully understand the publisher/agency relationship and the importance of taking a holistic approach to campaigns and all of the parties involved.
