I serve companies, organizations and design agencies with graphic design and WordPress development. I design and produce print and digital pieces for: • Associations including the American Association of Dermatology and the American College of Healthcare Executives; • Agencies including Edelman, Marketing Support and others, often with offers of full-time employment and recurring work. • Corporations including Alight, Avery Dennison, Marriott, State Farm, University of Chicago Medical Center; • Foundations including the J.S. Kemper Foundation and the USG Foundation. I've driven large-scale projects including: • ACHE's EDCN (Executive Diversity Career Network) required a full UX and UI overhaul of its large stores of content, making it attractive and functional to wide audiences (college graduate, mid-career and senior executive). Working without much data, I pulled together insights from staff to make key sections of the site functional and more accessible. I added diverse photography which had been lacking on the site and trained staff on updates. The resulting site has grown further, as has its traffic. • As an initiative built upon the pint hat political movement, the Pink Hat Run site needed separate team member pages for donations and overall contribution pages with updated donation data for participating charities. This complex donation reporting does not exist within WordPress plugins, but I built it with a combination of donation, form and custom-built plugins. Even with a short two-month window of site buildout and publicity, thousands of dollars for various Chicago charities. • During the 2012 split of Kraft into two entities, the Kraft and Mondelez supplier diversity sites had been all but abandoned, with outdated software and missing assets. It had to be split into several unique sites and a revolving staff needed to be trained on it. With a combination of backups and optimization of the original site, they were modernized and secured.
