Providing operational and performance management support to the Board of Directors I spearheaded the evolution of this TV and film production company into a multi-skilled digital creative agency.
I developed and implemented a five year business plan that identified the evolving threats to the industry and focused our efforts on more efficient and profitable project delivery. By embracing new technologies, such as AR, VR and 360, developing our design team and engaging with new digital content platforms we were able to expand our capabilities and diversify our clients, leading to sustained growth year on year.
