    Supporting, building and innovating the Fashion vertical on an emerging app from Bytedance. 360 management of 120+ creators, from initial outreach to campaign coordination and quality control. Coordinating and hosting events as well as in-app campaigns to bolster community and brand value amongst all users. Collaborating and strategising with the team to identify areas of value to optimise product-market fit in the UK. After 4 months, leading the strategy of 3 social media profiles including content creation, scheduling and insight tracking. Using products like Canva, Figma and Sprinklr to organise and structure overall social media management. Coordinating all paid social via Meta/Facebook Ads Manager including identifying key assets, building campaigns and monitoring performance. Personally developed the workflow for budget allocation, and alterations to ad status based on CPM performance and impression delivery. Identifying key community partners to collaborate with through event sponsorships and other key activations to drive new user acquisition and develop brand awareness.
