    Head of Partnerships
    • Relationship and stakeholder management: responsible for leading all cultural & tech partnerships for Boiler Room TV. Partners include the Guardian newspaper, Barbican, Ace Hotel, Ronnie Scott’s, English National Ballet and the ICA. • Project management: several of the partnerships are high-concept integrated programmes which require close management, artist liaison, scheduling, planning and a clear communication strategy. • Public Funding: built strong relationships with UK and European funding bodies including Arts Council England, British Council, Creative Europe, UKTI. Responsible for writing and submitting all grant forms (including project budgets) for the company and securing funding for partnership and content programmes. • Global commercial responsibilities - Legal and IP management: responsible for all rights agreements for Boiler Room TV globally. Involves drafting agreements & negotiating terms with legal teams at record labels and global brand partners including Red Bull, Ray Ban, Nike.

    • Integrated project management: project management of global re-branding process, with a key role from strategy to delivery. Lead the roll out of the new visual identity across all print/digital assets and the website, having been part of a core team involved from early discovery phase & competitor analysis. • Studio management, systems and production: responsible for the planning, production and delivery of all marketing materials globally. Line management of Creative Services Exec, resource and workflow management of the whole creative studio (copywriters, designers and freelancers). Responsible for the brand marketing budget & for all rights/commissioning agreements – illustration, photography etc. Built and managed an entirely new briefing and workflow process. Instigated several other processes including an invoice tracker, a rights database and studio utilisation chart. • Relationship and stakeholder management: established good working relationships with both in-house teams and external suppliers. Point of contact between the brand team and other HQ teams, including tech and product. Key contact for several brand partnerships including Mr Porter and Phaidon Books. • Design and strategy: collaboration with client and creatives on strategy of all creative briefs (circa. 40/month). Analysing data and key learnings to inform creative decisions.
