I am a composer and guitarist with over ten years of playing, recording and performing experience, specialising in creating and scoring bespoke music and sounds for screen and visual media. I have scored for short films, documentaries, and animation, and hope to extend into music for video games, and anything interactive. As well as being a composer, I have worked as an assistant and supervisor at various arts events, focusing on events within both the music and games industries respectively. Past events include the Guildford International Music Festival, British Academy Games Awards, and EGX London. I have also worked various roles within digital media, production, post-production, and archiving.
Scores and creates bespoke music and sounds for screen and visual media, and is responsible for the conceptualisation, production, and final product of the music and sound design for various projects. This consists of self-project management, working consistently under my own initiative, and collaboration with clients from a variety of cultural and creative backgrounds. Throughout these projects, amongst others that I have worked on, I research into various styles and compositional methods to create, produce and record music and sound for the projects; and set and reach realistic, but attainable, goals and deadlines. I pride myself in maintaining strong working relationships with my clients, providing regular updates and progress on my work, and interacting with them to ensure that they receive the highest quality of sound for their projects.
