I founded MASS with the vision of providing up-and-coming London based artists with a platform to perform before a live audience. What was key to our vision was to create a community centered event around a collective passion for music and the arts. Another key aspect of our vision was to utilize this platform to help raise awareness and funds for an issue that we all felt was dear to us. We have partnered ourselves with the Charity 'Mind', where we pledged to donate 20% of any proceedings from our events plus any money fund-raised throughout the event, as we believe in the importance of being socially responsible.
After networking and spending countless days scouting London's music scene to identify some of the most promising talent around, the concept of MASS was born. The MASS team consists of three founders, me being one of the instigators. We share responsibilities, but due to the small nature of the team, I have been involved in all aspects of organizing and promoting our events. For example, I have undertaken logistical preparation, such as identifying the best venue, contacting their management team and coming to an agreement. Other key responsibilities include event networking, social media management, talent and artist recruitment, and project management.
Our first event was deemed a success, selling out a venue of 250 capacity and raising over £200 for Mind. This was only the beginning and since then we have re-invested into our event with the aim of continuously growing our concept.

I am responsible for some of our most profitable and key accounts within our Consumption division. My responsibilities include relationship & account management while also maintaining excellent client service. I have helped grow our contracted revenue by building relationships with key stakeholders and through ad-hoc project sales.
