As a Shoot Producer at ASOS I am responsible for running a team of creative’s to produce creative, inspiring and high quality imagery for the website.
I work on WW, MW and Still life ecommerce and homepage editorial shoots, where I will direct the models, edit, crop and upload the images to the finished look. I work very closely with the photographer, stylist and assistant to ensure the mood and feel of the shoot is correct and inline to the segment and trend. I will reference look books, campaigns, and benchmark imagery to keep up to date and to keep up with our brand image consistency. I maintain and have close relations with shoot operations, art directors, model booking and retouching.
Throughout my role I have learnt to be creative, confident, detail orientated, organised, motivated and passionate about our imagery that we produce. Also to maintain a calm presence in a busy and fast paced working environment. I have learnt excellent styling and photography skills to work alongside my coordinating.

I have had the oppurtunity to work with some great stylists, assisting on their shoots and doing their call in and returns. I have learnt from these jobs that I have great organisation skills, very hard working and work to my best ability on every project I work on.
