Directly reporting to the CEO and owner - who is relying on me for technical/consultancy matters and ad hoc projects (advanced media analyses and advertising planning related - on and offline) - and ensuring the full satisfaction of our clients, contract renewals, product presentations, and prospect meetings (75% ending up signing a contract). I lead special projects and manage two colleagues in the technical assistance and external communication.
