About me
I am seeking a great career opportunity where I can really invest and grow with a team, sharing a mutual vision and love for the Arts and all things creative. I strongly believe I can bring something special and unique with nearly a decade of work experience in retail and fashion involving sales, visual merchandising, management responsibilities and events/store openings; over six months now consist of work in the art field. Currently a Team Leader in a charity organisation, I work with youths and young adults. I have learnt to develop my skills of communication and problem solving and, consequently, see myself as an individual who deals incredibly well with responsibility and targets in a designated time. Travelling is significant in my life. I love to indulge in new experiences and environments; in search of inspiration and wisdom. Exhibition visits create wonderful opportunities for me to explore places around me. This (with other things), I share through blogging. As a Painter, my artistic nature and creativity has allowed me to expand out of the canvas into styling and a range of independent projects. The importance of being open-minded has really created many opportunities for me, to branch out into different disciplines. In combination, working for over seven years (across an array of companies) has enabled me to establish great relationships and connections and has provided me with many learning opportunities; equipping me with various well-developed forms of communication. My experiences have highly benefited me in excelling targets in previous employment, networking and motivating others but most importantly; self-development and the development of others around me.

In addition, we see an array of crossovers throughout each specialism. My work is as a result of a studio practice and external works under the discipline of Painting, but displays evident influences of Print

Exhibition: FLESHLocated in London Bridge (minutes walk from the Shard), is this collaborative exhibition with site-related themes. With six artists from a background of the painting discipline; this exhibition explores painting through various, yet unconventional, avenues and executions.
