In my 20-year career, I’ve been an in-house and freelance copywriter, a marketing campaign manager, a PR executive (agency-side), a global content editor and an internal communications specialist, but always a writer in one way or another. My broad industry experience means I can turn my hand to pretty much anything, although having Aviva, Virgin Money and the RBS Group on my CV makes financial services a specialist subject. I can also help with strategy and planning, to maximise the reach and impact of communications to customers, staff and stakeholders.
