Working on the shop floor and helping customers in the shop a great shopping experience. Working with specialist engravers, gemmologists and stone setters to assist in the making of Ros’s unique jewellery. And working with Kas, I’ve gained an understanding of CAD and manufacturing processes. Helping polish and finish castings from the jewellery classes as well bespoke and collection pieces. Giving me great insight into the full process of creating, from designing to the final piece as well as gaining more knowledge in gemstones, alloys and working closely with clients.

I began as an intern working with Amy Anderson helping to make and finish a new collection, working on the bench mainly cleaning castings, soldering, plating and polishing. Allowing me to advance my abilities in jewellery production, from design to final piece. Also working in the shop and learning beneficial knowledge in retail, jewellery and customer service. Working hard lead to a promotion and new opportunities to manage stock, maintain quality control, solely completing orders and organising / fixing repairs. With this I have gained important skills within running a successful jewellery business, producing high-quality pieces and retail experience.
