Studio Gabrielle is led by award-winning Director, Louise Parker, who combines diverse and extensive international experience in high-end residential interiors, with a professional background in architecture. The studio’s multidisciplinary approach is centred around Louise’s approach to interior design and styling through a meticulous eye for detail, understanding both the smallest detail and the greater spatial experience.
After working with the UK and Australia’s most renowned practices, Louise formed Studio Gabrielle after a number of successful international collaborations fulfilled under her creative direction. Louise combines an unparalleled level of expertise in FF&E with an extensively equipped library of suppliers, manufacturers and industry contacts. Louise actively travels to trade shows around the world together with independent local stores, to sourcing undiscovered pieces from both emerging designers as well as established designers.
Louise plays a strong curatorial role in the Studio Gabrielle team, creating inherently 'what is Studio Gabrielle' with clarity and consistency throughout. From our Instagram feed, to who we source from, right through to our projects, Louise provides the team with a clear understanding on the studio's vision and brand identity.
In addition to leading Studio Gabrielle, Louise is currently involved with KLC School of Design as the Head of Interior Design Blended Learning Diploma, validated by the University of Brighton. Louise is also an award-winning blogger and consults as an editorial contributor to international online and print publications.
