As a writer, I have a masters degree in English Literature from Edinburgh University under my belt, and a keen eye and experience in editing. I have experience in social media management across not only my own photography channels but also those of Bedlam Theatre, Edinburgh and the Edinburgh University Shakespeare Co. As a photographer, I have spent the past five years photographing weddings and events, third-wheeling soon-to-be newlyweds and fending off the inebriated. I have worked with Chivas Regal Whisky, The Wedding Bazaar and G&T Productions amongst others, and had work displayed across the Edinburgh Fringe and in an exhibition at Gayfield Creative Spaces. I have created branding, imaging and poster design for numerous small companies. As a side note, I make a mean flat white and a "sensational" salted caramel layer cake.

In 2014 I worked as front of house cafe staff for the duration of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, baking to recipes each morning, serving fresh food and drinks and alcohol throughout the evening. This required training in Scottish alcohol law and cocktail making.
During ESAF's inaugural year, I organised the photography team and managed individuals across numerous projects and commissions. I photographed events myself and organised sharing and communications with the marketing team.
