A global organisation / community for the new generation of expats, digital savvy, travel loving women. I helped identify brand related opportunities by exploring new trends, PR, market research and coordinated / executed weekly events, engaging members both on and offline. I also assisted in global communication across digital platforms for GGI, helping to engage, attract and listen to the ever-growing community.
I created, organised and managed the online events calendar, working on members private parties, product launches, photo shoots, wrap parties, private album previews and many more. I worked very closely with the external PR agency to promote the Apartment through social media and marketing campaigns. I attained affiliations with Mac, Vogue Italia, Grazia UK, Victoria Secrets, Topshop, W Hotel group, as well as Le Baron and The Box.
Palma, the capital city, is becoming more cosmopolitan, glamorous and contemporary each year. I have excellent communications skills and built strong relations with local Spanish residents as well as English, German and Swedish. I organiased and managed private events, highlight event; art event in conjunction with La nit de l’art. I also worked with a telecommunications company based in NYC managing and developing new brand ideas. I worked on all new websites, making them dynamic and responsive, improving brand engagement and communication flow.
A leading London concierge company where I was tasked with establishing and managing the events department. This involved planning, coordinating and managing multiple events across London, including a polo event for the HAC and the London launch of Bank of Singapore at Kensington Palace. Each event also meant negotiating with venues, brands and agencies, whilst coordinating social media and PR campaigns.
