Question Mark Communication is a trend-driven creative agency that recently decided to boost its strategic approach by creating a in-house Trend Team. I was the first resource to be employed, trained and immediately launched in the pulsing heart of the agency's work.
After two months I was tasked to find two new resources and manage both their training and work schedule, alongside introducing them to data analysis and insight generation.
My learning curve inside the agency has been greatly increased by the ability to integrate with all teams and curiosity to learn without role boundaries, while staying on track and in time with my own work.
My main tasks are:
- Big Data Analysis and Strategic Thinking. I research, analyse and draw insights for clients, communication plans and strategic approaches.
- Research and Development of the agency's in-house Trend Analysis methodology.
- Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies applied to team management.
- Creation, content and deployment of the agency's Weekly Inspiration newsletter. I came up with the idea to layout and curate our own newsletter, based on recent trends, relevant news and insights, to keep both fellow colleagues and subscribers updated and open to global innovation.

As an Intern in the Information Systems Center of the Consulate I supported the System Administrator both in daily routines and crisis management. Being my first job experience I was immediately launched into a fast-paced approach to work and stimulated to develop rapid problem solving skills.
