Rebranded Flagship Store, opened in May 2011 Active General Assistant provided on the shop floor support to customers, providing them with information and ideas for crafting activities. Worked closely with the management team to provide ideas and practical solutions to keep the store relevant for current crafting crazes. Arranged displays and reorganise the shop to ensure product placement. Provided back-up management support on the shop-floor when Manager was not available. General assistant duties included, sales, refunds and exchanges, stock room and store opening.
