Preparing sets, checking all equipment is fully functioning, reporting any faults and ordering supplies as relevant, renting equipment for a shoot, checking the delivered items.
Managing sets and ensuring the studio is running effectively, keeping the sets safe, tidy the sets once the shoot is finished. Making sure all photographic equipment is stored correctly.
Troubleshooting equipment and software to make sure images are shot on time.
Managing digital files – shooting tethered using Capture One, organizing, editing and processing photos following the guidelines, backing up and transferring the files to clients.
Liaising with clients, art directors, photographers, agencies, rental companies and couriers to safeguard the successful completion of key initiatives.
Acted as an escalation point for complex queries, handled all matters efficiently and professionally.
