    I began my role at Wendy Wu Tours as the Senior Marketing Manager and was promoted to Brand Marketing Manager within my first month at the company. In my time here I have managed key campaigns from concept to execution, taken ownership of branding and guidelines, managed the offline marketing budget and driven brand growth. My current duties include (but are not limited to): • The development and execution of offline and trade marketing campaigns and creating result reports post-campaign. • Collaborating with the content, digital and PR teams to deliver strong and effective campaigns. • Working closely with agencies and external partners, delivering concise briefs. • Managing our designers working on brochures, advertising, direct mailings, the consumer magazine, trade collateral and exhibition creative. • Creating and sending weekly emails to our database of over 72,000, introducing triggered emails and reporting on email performance. • Design of some marketing materials and digital assets. • Overseeing and shaping the brand. • Booking in all media and advertising and managing budget. • Monitoring and reporting on market trends and competitor analysis.

    In my role at the RHS I led on two of the largest gifting campaigns of the year, Christmas and Mother’s Day, improving upon previous campaigns and experimenting with new ideas to increase sales and gain impressive results as we aimed to reach 1 million members in 2018. I was instrumental in the re-design of our iconic RHS Gift membership packs and assisted in the copy for our new membership collateral as we moved into an exciting new phase of the RHS with a full re-brand. My duties included: • Booking in media and advertising and working closely with our creative agency, sending clear and concise briefs for each campaign and following projects through from start to finish. • Creating copy for our direct mail pieces, carrier adverts, web pages, PPC ads, partner promotions and advertisements in The Garden magazine. • Adapting current creatives to be in-line with our new branding. • Managing the copy, design and printing of posters, brochures and leaflets. • Producing engaging and exciting emails which go out to over 200,000 RHS members, creating enticing copy and design to help increase gift membership sales.
