    • • Used online application HootSuite to manage and schedule the organisation’s social media accounts in order to gain optimum site traffic • Used Instagram business tools to track audience engagement and continually optimise the organisation’s social media strategy • Used MailChimp analytic tools to assess the engagement of newsletters circulated to the organisation’s mailing list • Accompanied the CEO to meetings with potential clients and gained knowledge on how professional meetings take place and how different companies liaise in order to gain a mutual benefit • Carried out daily tasks such as posting new job openings to university job boards, sifted CVs of potential candidates, updated the organisation’s intern database, and transferred job applications received on the website into relevant company files • Was responsible for organising a masterclass held at BBC radio, whereby I invited past and present placed interns as well as respected speakers within the radio industry
