As a consultant in a Communications & Change Management team, I: • Work with a diverse range of clients in different industries, assisting with keeping their employees engaged and informed through communications materials. • Coordinate and manage timelines to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered to the client’s satisfaction. • Draft employee communications: newsletters, promotional material, e-cards, posters, personalised statements, and web copy. • Build strong client relationships to understand their communications needs whilst undergoing a period of change. • Analyse data to segment audience groups, helping to tailor communications to target specific audiences. • Liaise with internal and external design, print and production teams. • Proof-read communications thoroughly, having a keen eye for detail. • Act as a ‘Champion’ for the Reward, Talent and Communications Graduate Scheme; coordinating the program, producing the internal communications, developing and refining the curriculum, and acting as point of contact for the RTC graduates. • Attended business training courses on: Assertiveness Skills, Influencing Skills and Presentation Skills.
