• Delivering on-going marketing plans for all bakeries in conjunction with Bakery Managers, Operations and Food teams: POS, local events, partnerships, and seasonal projects. I work hard to develop and implement strategies and to deliver creative and effective initiatives on budget within deadlines. • Leading marketing for new openings, focusing on integration into communities, local outreach and local influencer marketing. Leading brand training sessions for new teams. • Implementing PR strategy and working with an external agency to achieve a range of coverage in key titles across the year. • Leading digital marketing and social media channel management including strategic development, content, tone, and achievement of objectives around community size and engagement metrics. Developing and leading blogger and online community engagement programs. • Special events and partnerships - development, implementation and reporting. • Working closely with an external design agency to deliver creative work on brief and on budget. • Managing and leading the development of our team Marketing Assistant.
