Working as a Set Design Assistant to Set Designer Philip Cooper. Tasks include: talking to clients directly, buying, sourcing, dealing with petty cash and credit cards, In-Design presentations, Sketch Up design work, receipts and accounts, Administration and Excel.
Working as a part-time receptionist based at Wimbledon College of Arts. Tasks include: answering the phone, dealing with the general public and franking and posting. Being able to approach any given situation in a calm and polite manner and process the situation through the appropriate channels.

Working as a Student Ambassador, based at Wimbledon College of Arts. Tasks include: talking and directing the general public, taking general public on tours and introducing potential students to the working life of a University student.
Working as a part-time Sales Assistant at Tony Pryce Retail in Taunton. Tasks include: serving and talking to the general public, handling cash and credit cards, cleaning, maintaining a certain standard of hygiene within the store, having a good general product knowledge, selling add-on products to any purchase made, answering and making phone calls, speaking directly to suppliers and dealing with Customer problems. Continued as a part-time employee until 2012 and then employed on a Seasonal basis over the Summer and Christmas periods.
Short Course undertaken in Visual Merchandising and Space Management at London College of Fashion, London. Increased understanding of spacial awareness, the movement of consumers within the retail environment, the design and positioning of the retail environment within the psychology of the consumer needs.
