I am a recent graduate from Kingston University where I studied a Masters in Communication Design: Graphics and achieved a 1st. In 2020 I graduated from York St John University with a 2:1 in Fine Art. I have a particular interest in work that is socially engaged and enjoy working with colour, layout and editorial design.
Some skills I have been particularly praised for include: leadership, teamwork, organisation, emotional intelligence, collaboration, creativity, communication, problem solving and time management.
I am also proficient in many other creative areas, such as: Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, layout design, social media design and marketing, following briefs, visual identities, pitching, gelli printing, collaging and distortion.
I have knowledge in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Additionally, I have experience in screen printing, monotype printing, lino cut, etching, photography, laser cutting, woodwork, book arts, workshops and canvas making.
My work demonstrates a wide use and application of colour. This exampled in a recent study I have completed, as part of my MA, that considered the impact of social media on body image. Here I used colour, combined with experimental distortion techniques to create new perspectives and perception.

This role was for The Critical Text Show which was a show for the MA Communication Design: Graphics students. I designed all the social media posts. I then organised, planned, coordinated and posted on Facebook and Instagram pages to promote the show.
