Day to day role
-Managing a small team, ensuring they hit the business target while pushing
and developing themselves.
-Responsible for all scheduling for the seasons, making sure they are on time
and with brand standards or negotiating extensions.
-Main point of contact for shoot producers and art directors to plan and follow
through all stages from planning to publishing.
-In charge of the estimates and budgets for the repro of the images of the
children’s ranges.
Special Projects
-Event coordinator for any press or brand events, from concept and to
completion. Looking after large format signs and POS to producing lookbooks
and making sure it stays within budget.
-Project manager the work load and timings for all people involved and
managing expectations.
- Appointed a “Change Champion” and on the company’s Employee Forum,
to help and inform the department on any process changes and the point of
contact for questions and worries.
