In this role I support the casting director Jess Hallett on all aspects of casting for shoots and international fashion shows. Clients include: Maison Margiela, Alexander McQueen, Kent & Curwen, Balmain, Carolina Herrera, Holzweiler and Gabriela Hearst.
-Managing relationships with clients, model agencies, stylists, photographers and production crew
-Optioning models and organising the logistics of castings
-Producing fitting schedules and managing models at fashion shows and shoots
-Negotiating budgets, rates, usage and image rights, contracts and other legal documents
-Troubleshooting any issues quickly and effectively in a high pressure environment
-Becoming a trusted, reliable point of contact for the casting process
-Supporting the production team backstage during shows

I was offered an internship at the PC agency during my summer months after finishing university. I supported all account executives and managers with admin support and contributing to ideas for stories for editors and journalists.
I was offered a full-time position as an account executive which I accepted, I still supported my colleagues across all accounts but had much more responsibility and started to take journalist meetings and managed a successful press trip to Austria.
