Working closely with the UX design and development teams and the client to ensure all business needs are met, researching UX solutions to problems, managing and ensuring continual improvement to meet user needs.
* Conducting interviews with stakeholders and customers, and facilitating workshops to identify user/business challenges and requirements
* Producing personas, user journeys, user stories and wireframes
* Designing and organising information architecture by studying target audience and user behaviour, producing workflow diagrams and sitemaps
* Making strategic design and UX decisions related to new and core website features and functions
* Planning and conducting usability studies and tests in order to continually validate and enhance website features. Analysing usability data, prioritising issues and identifying UX solutions
* Gathering and analysing insights from Google Analytics and Decibel Insight in order to ensure design decisions are fully informed by data. Aligning proposed UX strategy and website features with findings from keywords strategy, SEO and content audits.
