Currently working on as Head Receptionist at a Post Production company, I have a breadth of experience working under pressure in a fast paced environment, with an adaptable and resourceful manner and a willingness to learn.   • Answering all incoming calls/emails in a professional manner, taking clear messages and re-routing them to the relevant parties. Meet, greet and make all clients/visitors feel welcome and dealing with any hospitality requirements. Booking taxis for clients/staff using the Filemaker Pro system, looking after invoices and managing account. Overseeing the business Uber account and the monthly expenses. Administration duties such as organising, reception rotas, holiday approval, internal and external mail, filing, scanning and so on. Managing the reception team and conducting training when needed. Also holding regular reception meetings and appraisals. Ensuring that the reception area is organised and clutter free. Monitoring stationary, reordering when required and managing account. Operating a computer system and switchboard. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. Using Ceta to monitor producers schedules, current jobs and client attendance. Booking meetings, car parking spaces and company car. Charging taxis and client costs to the relevant jobs. Liaising with other departments, dealing with all enquires, to ensure the smooth running of the reception and company.
