About me
I specialising in branding, design and custom publications. With over 15 years experience in both design and media, I take a completely fresh, yet journalistic approach to every project I work on. I discover your brand’s DNA – the unique make-up that captures the company’s philosophy and services. Delivering creative, story led design that helps businesses become more desirable, recognisable and relevant. Brands that tell their story. Launching new brands or redefining existing ones, my principles remain the same. Everything should be based around creating a simple, easy to understand communication between client and customer. I find the heart of a brand, and give it life. Your brand’s DNA – the story that captures the company’s philosophy, makes it different, and creates desire. With a combination of innovative ideas, strategy, application and creativity I deliver future proof design systems that can be used across the board. I get to know you, your industry, your customers and most importantly what they want, there’s no better way to build a lasting brand than to know your market inside out. Creating the right visual language to ensure the brand’s message stays strong and communicates to the heart of your target audience. I have worked with a wide range of clients across a broad range of industries, including HMV, Tasty Plc, Lovebox Festival and numerous high end independents, restaurants and fashion boutiques. Please get in touch, I am happy to discuss your project and it's needs at no charge, and if we are the right fit hopefully we can then work together to create design that makes an impact for your business.

  • Wilderness Festival
Wilderness FestivalWilderness was a brand new and unknown festival, with no big headline act to help sell tickets. With very little support across traditional marketing channels, our job was to use PR to launch, grow and sell tickets for this new festival concept. We developed a hardworking, highly strategic press office and media relations campaign that relied on the strength of our media contacts and our ability to carve up news to make it relevant to the right publications. With a Michelin quality banquet being one of the main attractions at Wilderness, we focused part of the campaign on food, and hosted a very simple preview event with Russell Norman at Polpo. The preview event was key in driving ticket sales, with coverage featured in the likes of GQ, Evening Standard, Daily Telegraph, Huffington Post and Eat Like a Girl as a direct result of the preview. Other focuses included profiling with the event founders, event listings, music reviews, photo galleries and festival fashion, all resulting in over 400 pieces of coverage.

Wilderness Reserve | 2017 BrochureThe Brief Wilderness Reserve, a collection of luxury cottages and manors in Suffolk, produce a catalogue every year with the sole focus of encouraging sales for the upcoming year. They were great at producing slick and striking visuals, and filling the pages with vital details. But what was missing was a sense of personality and whimsy. I was hired to write all the copy for their 2017 brochure. It had to be vastly different from what had come before and evoke the spirit of what it's like to stay
