About me

18 years ago I taught myself how to shoot, light and record audio in film. Since then, I've worked on many hundreds of film sets and video shoots, from features to promo videos, events, music videos, weddings, online courses and just about everything you could point a camera at. Back in 2008 I honed my skills specialising in lighting and cinematography at the Bournemouth Filmschool (now AUB) and my cinematic films have won numerous awards and screened at many festivals including smaller screens at Cannes, while my videography work has also won awards such as the Eurpoean Commission's Youth in Action award. I'm particularly passionate about being in service of people and planet before profit, and this has given me the opportunity to work with hundreds of social enterprises, charities and other nonprofit orgs, though I also have a lot of more traditional corporate clients too. I'm fully equipped with multiple excellent 4K cameras, range of decent lighting and sound kit, drone, gimbal, slider and car. I'm first aid trained, experienced with young people and special needs and vulnerable people. Experience in high risk settings. Enhanced DBS checked.
