Founder
As sole owner I take on all roles and responsibilities of launching the business. Buying and creating product ranges, utilising the best materials for each range. Supply chain management, reducing product lead-time. Creating the marketing plan with a focus on social media (Instagram: @cartellondon). Established strong relationships with printers and suppliers internationally. Monitoring of progress against goals and targets set in the business plan as well as constant updating of financial statements.
