Raw Talent Academy is an award winning sales recruitment and training business, their process is based around candidates demonstrating in real life scenarios what they can add to an organisation rather than clients relying on CV’s and interviews. • My role as an intern at Raw Talent Academy involved writing blog posts for the company website. • Writing press releases • Assisting with the management of the company’s social media presence • Data mining and data entry • Cold calling universities to find out about their careers services and marketing the company to fit their students needs • Creating new LinkedIn profile pictures for each member of staff to fit in with the company branding.
Leaseguard helps NHS Trusts generate savings and enhance control and compliance over asset-related spend by using a mix of outsourced solutions and in-house developed management systems • My role at Leaseguard involved working closely with the marketing department on creating collateral, gaining information from potential customers to see how they could benefit from the companies services and presenting the data in a coherent way. • Setting up and implementing a CRM system from scratch. • Updating and rejuvenating the company intranet. • Proofreading marketing materials. • Planning team building events for the whole company as well as helping with the leasing department.
