  • A property developer founded in 2013, specialising in large-scale residential development, backed by Oaktree Capital Management. • Raising PO’s and managing invoices from suppliers • Creating content for the company’s social media platforms • Managing the company’s social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Planning, organising and attending community consultation events • Creating weekly internal newsletters and external mailers in Mailchimp • Assisting the Head of Marketing in managing development marketing budgets of circa £4million over 4 years • Working closely with and managing various agencies/freelancers (PR, creative, CGI, photographers) • Running pitch processes to appoint agencies • Conducting in depth market and community research • Assisting the Head of Marketing with creating corporate and development specific marketing strategies, digitally focused to increase ROI • Assisting in the set up of Salesforce from scratch • Working with the PR agency to create development specific and corporate communications plans

  • Raw Talent Academy is an award winning sales recruitment and training business, their process is based around candidates demonstrating in real life scenarios what they can add to an organisation rather than clients relying on CV’s and interviews. • My role as an intern at Raw Talent Academy involved writing blog posts for the company website. • Writing press releases • Assisting with the management of the company’s social media presence • Data mining and data entry • Cold calling universities to find out about their careers services and marketing the company to fit their students needs • Creating new LinkedIn profile pictures for each member of staff to fit in with the company branding.
